David Pearce has served as President of Beneficial Life Insurance Company since 2021. He joined Beneficial in 2005 and has also served as Chief Compliance Officer since 2007 and General Counsel since 2008. David also serves as Associate General Counsel for Deseret Management Corporation, the parent of Beneficial. Prior to joining Beneficial, David was a shareholder with Fabian & Clendenin, a Salt Lake City law firm. David received his juris doctorate from the University of Utah College of Law, where he was an editor on the Utah Law Review. He received his B.S. from Brigham Young University.
