David Pearce currently serves as Deputy General Counsel for Deseret Management Company where he oversees the legal affairs of its media and digital entities, including Bonneville, KSL.com, Deseret News and Deseret Book, as well as Beneficial Life Insurance Company. In his two decades with DMC, David has had various leadership responsibilities and duties, including serving as the President of Beneficial Life.

Prior to joining Beneficial Life, David was a shareholder with Fabian & Clendenin, a Salt Lake City law firm. David received his juris doctorate from the University of Utah College of Law, where he was an editor on the Utah Law Review. He received his B.A. from Brigham Young University.
